Induction Process
New Scouts are asked to complete the tasks set out for their Membership Badge and learn/understand the Scout Promise, Scout Law and Scout Motto before being inducted into the Troop.
How to earn your Membership Badge
- Know about the Scout Troop. Get to know the Leaders in the Patrol and Troop and find out about activities the Troop does.
- Learn and understand the Scout Promise and Law and the rules of the Troop.
- Learn and understand the Scout Motto, sign, salute and handshake.
- Learn what happens when you get invested.
